  • Ajuma Aspire is a 4 week virtual career prep program designed to help Black & Latinx college students break into business roles in the tech industry

  • Meetings will take place virtually over the course of 4 weeks, beginning Wednesday, March 27th at 8pm EST and ending on Wednesday, April 17th at 8pm EST.

  • aspire students will attend 4 weekly sessions that last 90 minutes each. There is no outside time commitment other than attendance of these sessions

  • Any person that identifies as Black or Latinx and is currently enrolled in a 4 year undergraduate degree program is welcome to apply.

  • Absolutely not. The program is free for all students participating

  • During each session, students will learn about a specific tech role, network with each other and with tech professionals and engage in Q&A with the tech professionals.

  • You will learn about business roles at tech companies including product management and marketing, focusing on how to best prepare for the hiring process.

  • Absolutely! The program includes a recruiter panel where you can connect with industry recruiters. You will also be able to connect with product managers and tech marketers.

  • Yes! We are committed to supporting your career journey. We will provide resources, guidance, and opportunities for continued networking beyond the program's duration.

  • To ensure that we give each student the appropriate level of care and attention, we are limiting this program to 10 students. We encourage you to apply early for consideration.

  • We will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis until 11:59pm on Sunday, March 3rd. All students will be notified by Monday, March 11th. The program begins on Wednesday March 27th at 8pm EST.
