Ajuma Aspire is a 4 week virtual career prep program designed to help Black & Latinx college students break into business roles in the tech industry

Meetings will take place virtually over the course of 4 weeks, beginning Wednesday, March 27th at 8pm EST and ending on Wednesday, April 17th at 8pm EST.

aspire students will attend 4 weekly sessions that last 90 minutes each. There is no outside time commitment other than attendance of these sessions

Any person that identifies as Black or Latinx and is currently enrolled in a 4 year undergraduate degree program is welcome to apply.

Absolutely not. The program is free for all students participating

During each session, students will learn about a specific tech role, network with each other and with tech professionals and engage in Q&A with the tech professionals.

You will learn about business roles at tech companies including product management and marketing, focusing on how to best prepare for the hiring process.

Absolutely! The program includes a recruiter panel where you can connect with industry recruiters. You will also be able to connect with product managers and tech marketers.

Yes! We are committed to supporting your career journey. We will provide resources, guidance, and opportunities for continued networking beyond the program's duration.

To ensure that we give each student the appropriate level of care and attention, we are limiting this program to 10 students. We encourage you to apply early for consideration.

We will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis until 11:59pm on Sunday, March 3rd. All students will be notified by Monday, March 11th. The program begins on Wednesday March 27th at 8pm EST.
