Building an equitable and inclusive tech ecosystem

We are building an equitable and inclusive future in tech by diversifying the leaders who create that future

Closing the wealth gap

Black & Latinx Americans have disproportionately low wealth due to systemic racism and a number of other factors, including lack of access to high paying white collar jobs. Increasing Black & Latinx representation in white collar tech jobs to 14% will increase capital going to these communities by $2.3 trillion.

“Increasing representation isn’t just about numbers. It’s about increasing minority wealth. It’s about social mobility. It’s about making the American dream a reality for the people who built this country.”

Increasing Black representation

We envision a world where Black tech workers make up 14% of the tech industry, similar to other private industries. Doubling this representation will double the number of Black Americans who have access to the wealth-building vehicles available in the space and bring $1.2 trillion into the Black community.

Equity means equal representation

We strive to double the number of Black & Latinx workers in the tech industry.

Increasing Latinx representation

We are working towards a world where Latinx tech workers make up 14% of the tech industry like they do in other private industries. This significant increase in Latinx representation will increase Latinx wealth by $1 trillion.
